Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse monthly operating results versus budget, forecast and previous year, ensuring high-quality insights and actionable recommendations.

• Perform advanced analysis on costs, pricing, margins, variable contributions and overall company performance, identifying trends and variances.

• Prepare, review and enhance financial reports on costs and margins, providing deep-dive analyses to support management decisions.

• Oversee and evaluate CAPEX plans and investment proposals, ensuring financial soundness and alignment with business priorities.

• Partner proactively with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions and support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Monitor, analyse and forecast cash flow to ensure efficient and sustainable financial operations.

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, contributing to process improvement and increased accuracy.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to financial challenges.

• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
