Your main responsibilities:

• Maintenance, updating, and monitoring of the quality management system (ISO 9001 or other standards);

• Execution or supervision of controls, internal audits, and compliance check;

• Collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to non-conformities, performance, and improvements;

• Identification, root cause analysis, and definition of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);

• Preparation of documentation and assistance during audits by certification bodies or clients;

• Raising awareness and training staff on procedures and standards.

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent knowledge of basic IT tools and good command of the English language.Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel;

• Availability to travel and operational flexibility;

• Basic knowledge of quality system standards and certification processe;

• Experience in carrying out internal audits of certified management systems, preferably in the areas of quality, workplace safety and the environment;

• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
