Your main responsibilities

The Office Assistant, that reports directly to the Country Manager Italy, will drive a wide range of administrative activities to support the Italian HQ, collaborating with Italian medical centers and Corporate HQ.

The identified Candidate will be responsible of the following activities:

  • assure that facilities and stationery of the HQ office is always correctly in place;
  • organize agenda and meetings for the Country Manager Italy, included, when needed, the welcoming in presence;
  • organize the monthly leadership meeting and take the relative minutes;
  • manage communications with Corporate HQ;
  • manage expense reports, credit cards and travels booking for the Country Manager Italy and HQ employees;
  • manage small Company events (like HQ Christmas dinner & offsite HQ meeting)
  • manage attendance records and holiday planning for HQ employees;
  • manage documents shipping activities;
  • manage the administrative activities to support the annual cycle of the board of directors;
  • manage the company car assignment process;
  • manage, when needed, translations from English to Italian.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

  • Diploma or a bachelor degree;
  • proven experience gained in similar roles;
  • fluent in English;
  • proactive, problem solving oriented, results oriented.
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
