Your main responsibilities

We are looking for an M&A Analyst with knowledge of the English language, that will be based in Gessate (MI).

The ideal candidate will be in charge of:

• Managing business modeling and development of detailed financial analyses;
• To create of presentations and strategic documentation (PowerPoint);
• To collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare the annual budget and financial forecasts;
• To analyze financial performance, monitor KPIs, and report deviations from the budget.

He/she with report directly to the M&A Manager and will collaborate with the FP&A Team.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:

• He/she holds a Diploma in Accountancy and/or bachelor’s degree in economics (or similar);
• A previous experience in Experience in a Private Equity or audit firm is considered a plus;
• Knowledge of accounting and understanding of financial statements;
• Analytical skills and financial statement reclassification;
• Ability to model and build business plans;
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to support business growth;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international teams and across different business functions.
